Brennan
"You seem to love your father very much, and to respect him.  Under
what conditions would you willfully defy him?"

"If I truly believed that he was wrong."  Robin replies matter-of-factly with a cheerful grin.
"Dad didn't raise me to be an automaton, Brennan.  Or someone who would just follow his orders blindly.  That kind of thing gets a Ranger killed damn quick when the flash flood sweeps through.  And makes for a really useless person.  Dad never wanted that for me.  Or for any of his charges."
"I have initiative, the ability to make decisions.  Even ones that are counter to his when it is needed.  It's just that those situations are rare." Robin shrugs one shoulder off-handedly.
"Because Dad's brilliant, has centuries of experience to draw on and really thinks things through.  I... can be kind of an idiot at times, haven't been around for that long or in that many different situations, and tend to react instinctively.  Therefore I tend to defer to his expertise."
"Doesn't mean he controls me or has me programmed.  It just means I recognize wisdom when I see it."  She winks.
