Morgenstern
Morgenstern has been a fixture in Robin's
life for as long as she's been alive. She considers the towering
grey creature a friend and trusts him implicitly. While Robin has
never ridden her father's boon companion alone, some of her fondest
memories include being pressed back against Julian's armored chest by
the wind of their break-neck pace through the trails and paths of
Arden, gales and
screams of laughter emerging from her childish lips. And of
toddling
safely in, around and amongst the steel grey columns of the mighty
horse's
legs.
In later years, Robin has made sure that
she always has treats for the great greedy gullet whenever they meet
and her fondness for 'Mawgee' is evident to all who see them together.
What Morgenstern thinks of all this is,
of course, hidden behind his enigmatic mien.
