| Psychological Description: Huh... by AD&D standards, he'd be Lawful Neutral (yes, that was a joke...). He's tough, or at least sees himself as tough. He believes that experience hardens a person and crushes the person beneath its weight. But instead of running away or trying to laugh past that assessment, he walks into those situations and drives those near him to the same. However, this does not give him want to end his life, which is why he will try to avoid confrontation with other Amberites when he can. |
| Description of Trump: His trump is a Brom painting. Pale, fleshy, no shirt, self-cut short gray hair, hawk nose, patch scars over most of his body, a three pointed hat. With dusty brown divided long skirt (wool or canvas) and a long sleeved tunic tied at his waist (tunic has green stripes down each sleeve). |

| History: Nero began
life in a version of shadow earth, but a high tech version. He was
a metphycicalist, and engineer, and technician that studied what he termed
as the Multiverse. He was, also, the first knwon person to break
through the barriers between worlds. Once he got his machine in order,
he flipped the switch and was blasted through the worlds; sent on a hellride
like no other.
Nearly destroyed by the same forces that keep the worlds separate and contained, he arrived on the outskirts of Arden, not much more than a bloody puddle. Over the course of the next 50 years (while Nero was able to regenerate), it was determined hat he was the child of Eric and he was led to walk the Pattern because of this birthright. Nero was adept at sorcery almost from the beginning and sought out more learning as he went. He traveled through shadow for the next three hundred years, learning all he could. Eventually he discovered a place known only as 'the Library' where mages from all over the known multiverse came to study and share. The course of this life, jumping from one world to the next to learn from all the great masters, took nearly 300 years. His mastery over sorcery eventually led him to the belief in the next stage of evolution of the human species must be a society based on magic. So, he set out to do just that. He found a world that was ripe for his experiment called Teluria. And over the course of 500 years, he molded the inhabitants there from a stone aged culture to a society based solely on magic. Whenever he found a skill he needed to learn, he would go off in search of it or a master of that skill, and return to Teluria to put it into practice. The skills learned during this period are many; agriculture, animal husbandry, astromony, medicine, physics, cryptograhy, akido, swordsmanship, adminstration, and politics. Teluria eventually fell apart due to the chief acolyte, Nur. Nur created a coup and (somehow) had Nero's magical abilities taken away. Nero returned to Amber some 20 years ago, to brood over his mistakes and see how he can avoid them on his next project. |
