Personal Symbol:  Emerald Wave on a silvery field
Colors: Ocean greens and greys

Physical Description:
Llewella would be a beautiful woman, if she wasn't so withdrawn.  Jade colored
eyes and long wavy hair are set off in a skin that has just a light touch of a warm green.  She is tall, and swallow-waisted, with delicate wrists, hands and feet.  Her face carries a classic beauty as well as a classic reserve.
Her voice holds both the whispering susurrus of the waves, and the deep tones of the hidden depths.  And her movements are graceful, slow waves, though she can move with the speed of a storm.
Mannerisms:   Llewella will rarely appear focused on the matter in hand, rather she will appear to be interested in something else or doing something else most of the time.   She has the 'staring off into the distance' look down perfectly.
Attire:  Llewella prefers draped and drifting gowns in shades of green and grey.  Her jewelry is minimal but showing exquisite taste.  She is not fond of 'accessories',
preferring to keep her lines clean.  Almost all of her clothing 'rustles' somewhat,
and she prefers shiny or glossy light fabrics.  Everything enhances the sensation of drifting, floating water.

Psychological Description:
Calm and very cool, Llewella avoids the limelight and things that might distract
her from her work.  She is *extremely* private, and has to defend that privacy against the Universe's greatest sneaks.  She does so by making herself, not so much disliked, as just unwanted.
           Likes:  Quiet Contemplation
                        The precise application of Force
Water and things of the Deep Ocean
                        Books
       Dislikes:  Childish behavior
                         Unnecessary Disruptions
                         Action without Thought

History:
Llewella has always suspected that there was something beyond the petty
squabblings of her siblings, and devoted her life to study and contemplation trying to find it.
She sought in the fury of battle -- while far away from the prying eyes of her brothers and sisters.  She sought in the dusty libraries of the universe.  In the laboratories of scientists and sorcerers.  And though, not welcome, within the bounds of Amber castle itself.
Llewella's searching led her to a stronger and stronger belief that what she sought may actually reside in herself.  But the Zen masters and philosophers of Amber and Shadow were as unhelpful as of those who saw answers coming from outside the self.
While on her searches, she met a widower in a Shadow named Shar-da-Kor -- McKan Elysian.  McKan had three growing children from his first marriage, and was a seeker after truth himself.  Though McKan knew nothing of the nature of Shadow and Reality, he still struggled within the parameters of his narrow world using incredibly elegant mathematical or sorcerous formulas.  And despite his work, was a loving and devoted father.
Llewella found herself drawn to this enigma hidden within the drifting worlds of Shar-da-Kor.  A kind of intellectual passion and an understanding grew between the two, and Llewella paused in her own studies to take a moment to sample truly living, with a husband and a family and later a son of her own.
While Llewella never spoke of where she was from or the nature of the universe to her husband, McKan was not a stupid man.  And after years of marriage to his quiet yet powerful wife, had made some fairly accurate deductions about her nature.  Others, however, were completely founded upon false premises.  McKan and Llewella never spoke of these things, either between themselves or to their children.
As a mother, Llewella was not overly protective.  She felt that the best -- and possibly only -- way her headstrong son could learn of the world was to experience first-hand.  Not to attempt to diminish it to formula and study as was both his parents' tendency.  And experience it Saphir did.  Llewella watched as her son seemed to grow in the twinkling of an eye from a wide-eyed babe to a young man dealing with the death of friends.
Then came the summons, Amber -- and more importantly, Rebma --  was under attack.  Llewella left her home and family -- her experiment in Shar-da-Kor -- to return to her half-sister's aid in the seas of Rebma.  At the ambitious Moire's insistence that they needed someone on the inside of Amber's battle plans, Llewella reluctantly joined the forces that marched back down the Black Road.
When she entered Chaos with the troops of Amber to take shelter from the Chaos storm, Llewella knew that she had finally found what she was looking for.
It seemed that indeed, it wasn't the loud and boisterous vitality of her
siblings that was the ultimate goal of life, but a 'centering' and a deep commitment to the nature of one's self.  *These* were the things that gave one a Reality beyond all others.
Llewella managed to speak privately with the being known as Swayville -- and once even shared brief words with the Serpent.  She gained access to and accepted the Logrus.  All without any of her siblings -- save Benedict -- knowing.  Now she is working on strengthening her own persona enough to withstand the rigors of Chaos and the Universe at large.
Once she's done that, she might eventually escape the constant whining and bickering of her peers.  But she knows she has a long way to go.
