Through visualization, a trained individual holding one can cause it to appear as any form of identification they can imagine (FBI badge, library card, etc. If made into a credit card, the account must actually exist to be used). Second, if the holder focuses on another individual who carries a Carte Amber, the two are able to communicate through a techno-psychic audio/visual link.Conjuration
