The Devils of Royalty & Divinity

Thomas

Thomas' recent trump depicts him in the gardens of Amber on an early spring morning, as the dark clouds begin to break and the dawn shines through in speckles of bright yellow gold. He sits on a stone bench, slightly leaning forward and his left arm resting on his knee. Dressed in a simple shirt and trousers, they show signs of labor and grit -- either from travel or labor. His skin seems darker, which suits his raven black hair and gray eyes. His fingers and nails are rough from working in soil, or blood. A pair of russet red gloves sits next to him on the bench. Thomas' expression is of reserved satisfaction, of a job well done or time well spent.

In the last great conflict when the Gods fell, Thomas had rescued his father from the dungeons of Amber, spiriting him away from the clutches of King Benedict. When Eric was proclaimed King, Thomas stayed as regent until Eric recovered from his wounds. Since then, he has been at his father's side assisting in the continued security and safety of Amber for the good of the family and its people. Thomas is usually a gruff man, wanting to be left to do his work for the crown and be at peace. He typically seems aggravated, but has been known to have some moments of sympathy and compassion.
